Since this actually prints a fax in the mission office instead of sending E-mail, be sure to include your snail-mail address and fax number so he can respond without using E-mail.
A Swedish returned missionary in the United States who needed the phone number of a branch president in Sweden reported to me that he got a fax back with the information he needed half an hour after sending E-mail.
